We're seeking a senior-level designer to join our Growth and Digital Experience team-with a focus on growth-who is passionate about simplifying and unifying the experience from our marketing site through our onboarding flow into our product. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll become a vital part of a vibrant Growth and Digital Experience team that champions an inclusive and supportive environment. Improve design contributions by leveraging system-wide dependencies and technical specifics.Collaborate technically:
Work with engineering to resolve front-end issues and enhance product quality.Champion collaboration:
Unify and enhance the customer experience by working closely with designers and product teams, fostering a team-oriented environment.Monitor progress:
Track team progress, document challenges, and share proactive solutions.Lead cross-functional projects:

The salary range for this position is between $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.We value diversity and inclusion.
