Job Description

Our office seeks a marketing assistant who can support content creation and research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. Reporting directly to the Program Director, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in entrepreneurial activities.

Primary Responsibilities include:Support staff to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiativesComplete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketingAssist management with the preparation of campaigns and reportsPerform market analysis to identify areas of opportunityCollect performance metrics to measure progressOther duties as assignedThis position is internship-eligible. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trendsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCurious, fast-learning, and resourcefulAptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challengesOrganizational skills with strong attention to detailSense of teamwork and the ability to execute and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and hardworkingTechnological/computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suiteAdditional Information

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
