The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing TCI's marketing strategy and managing the marketing team:

Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and seamless integration of marketing activities into the sales pipeline.Manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.Lead on compelling messaging and content, keeping TCI's brand and resources current and vibrant.Develop and implement measurable data-driven strategies to acquire new customers and expand our audience base.Manage TCI's community building and management strategy from social media support to in-app professional development.Influence marketing dashboards and reports, sharing actionable insights with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Manage TCI's strategy for in-person and virtual events including professional conferences and webinars.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experienceDeep knowledge of the education market, including market forces (federal and state) and trendsProven track record of success in a leadership role in the EdTech market, preferably with a content providerExpertise in marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot) and tools such as WordPress, SEMRush, and Hootsuite.Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI)Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.Able to travel 5% of the time

We are hiring in AL, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MI, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA. The pay range for this position is between $165,000 and $210,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills and location. TCI offers medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, and PTO.
