Position Title:Marketing/Sales Coordinator

As a key player in our sales and marketing team, you'll contribute to brand success by combining creativity, organization, and effective communication. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate on brand presentations, product strategy decks, and monthly newsletters for our international partners.• Infuse creativity into every aspect of our brand communication.• Prepare insightful reports and conduct product analysis (sales trends, collection performance, etc.).• Keep a pulse on market dynamics and competitive landscape.• Maintain essential documents, including marketing and sales calendars, new product forms, pricing details, and assortment records.• Ensure accuracy and timely sharing with domestic and international retailers.• Update retailer setup forms, ensuring SKU creation, product marketing materials, and sampling forms are up to date.• Foster strong relationships with retail partners.• Track timelines, creative brief schedules, and activation milestones.• Facilitate team meetings, take notes, and assist with agendas.• Ensure consistent brand representation across channels.• Manage retailer product pages, monitor accuracy, and track ratings and reviews.• Stay attuned to digital trends and opportunities.• Engage with customers on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, providing timely responses and maintaining brand voice.• Communicate effectively with Marketing, Creative, Planning/Inventory, Education, and Visual Merchandising teams.• Assist in consumer testing processes, including photo documentation, digital record keeping, and survey distribution to gather valuable feedback.• Foster a collaborative work environment.• Juggle multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.• Thrive under pressure.

Requirements:

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1-2 years) in CPG, retail, or beauty.

Passion:

A genuine love for hair care, hair color and beauty.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and basic Excel functions).

Analytical Skills:

Familiarity with retail math (margin calculations, YOY variances, etc.).

Organization:

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Forward-Thinking:

Anticipate opportunities and challenges.

Proactive Attitude:

Take initiative and drive results.

Language Skills:• Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions.• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Mathematical Skills:• Strong general mathematical skills with the ability to solve complex math problems and provide report analysis.

Reasoning Ability:• Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.• Experience with adaptability and ability to find solutions to unanticipated challenges.• Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work autonomously.• Strong project management, organizational and planning skills• Results driven• Ability to remain on task

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

This position is mostly sedentary and requires repetitive hand movements, may require

some standing, walking, bending, occasionally lifting 25-30 lbs., and filing throughout the

workday. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to

work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of the day.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard

office equipment such as computers, phones, fax/ scanning machines etc.
