We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer or Lead with a proven track record to join our dynamic Design team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape and enhance our customer experience. You will employ both strategic and tactical problem-solving, user-centred holistic thinking, and exceptional design skills to create value and delight for Artsy's customers. You will create engaging, seamless UX&D solutions that empower collectors to discover new artists, stay updated on their favourites, and grow their collections purposefully.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams, working iteratively to research, shape the roadmap, and set a collective vision. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is transforming the art marketplace to support more artists and art globally.

What You'll Do:Lead product design projects and multiple launches.Provide strategic design leadership for a cohesive user experience vision.Create design concepts and prototypes for premium collector experiences.Mentor and coach less-experienced designers.Use data to inform design decisions.Strengthen cross-collaborative relationships.Facilitate workshops to generate ideas.Take full ownership of your work.Share information across teams and articulate work to non-technical stakeholders.Who you Are:

Authorised to live and work in the US. This role will be based in NYC.5+ years of product design experience in agile cross-functional teams.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and UX.Proficient in prototyping and familiar with the latest design tools.Experience with large-scale, complex systems.Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual design.Experience in content strategy and creating user-centric content.Conducted user research and synthesised findings into insights.Strong user empathy and able to advocate for user needs.What We Offer:

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$170,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
