MJK Connections is working with Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union to fill a critical Interim Marketing Operations Manager role to cover a leave of absence from mid September 2024 thru mid February 2025.

This role is responsible for the smooth management of all marketing operations and supports the head of acquisition and the head of retention / engagement to ensure all campaigns are developed on time and on budget.

Leadership :

Liaise with HR and OD to recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality staff.Oversees the daily workflow of the department.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.Effectively coaches, mentors, motivates, and manages the staff to ensure delivery of communications to employees in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining the Credit Unions high standard of quality.Ensures that the Marketing department fosters a productive, rewarding work environment that provides for the development of employees; meets all established goals and metrics; and operates within the Credit Unions core values.Main responsibilities:

Provide support to ensure all campaigns and activities are tracked and analyzed to provide ROI and insights for improvements.Manage the marketing function budget, including forecasting, tracking and reporting.Act as primary point of contact for branch managers and the contact center to supply all necessary marketing materials and keep the front-line teams informed of upcoming marketing campaigns and communications.Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.Maintain the website and app operations in good order, collaborating with our IT teams.Lead the development and documentation of marketing processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Provide creative support in the forms of creative assets and content development and production for the rest of the marketing team and for the broader organization.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate marketing performance and strategic initiatives (in partnership with the head of acquisition, the head of retention and the marketing analyst).Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiar and comfortable with information technology, particularly digital means of communication.Strong organizational skills in managing multiple initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Education and Experience:

Minimum eight years combination of experience in marketing and direct leadership, preferably in the financial services industry.Minimum bachelors degree or certification in marketing, business administration, or related field, or more than eight years of related experience.
