Microsoft Alliance Marketing Manager

to drive our Microsoft marketing globally. This role requires knowledge of Microsoft marketing programs and Microsoft Azure Cloud security which includes Azure Sentinel and other Microsoft security tools. This person must be able to identify, prioritize, drive, and manage a range of marketing activities to generate demand for BlueVoyant’s offerings, partnership, and business development with Microsoft channel partners. You would be working in collaboration with the global marketing team while closely inter-locked with the BlueVoyant corporate marketing teams. The candidate must be able to thrive in a matrixed and collaborative environment! The position reports to the Director of Global Alliance Marketing.ResponsibilitiesGrow Microsoft-specific marketing in collaboration with Microsoft Alliance Directors and Microsoft channel partners as we build our partner ecosystem.Become our subject matter expert for Microsoft marketing across the region and drive awareness and demand generation for BlueVoyant’s Microsoft services.Three areas of responsibility:Microsoft Sellers:

Drive marketing to support co-selling activity. Localization, creation, and delivery of Microsoft-facing assets and programs to highlight and enable BlueVoyant’s brand as the preeminent partner for Microsoft security services and drive referral revenue from Microsoft.Microsoft Channel Partners:

Delivery of Microsoft channel partner-facing assets and marketing programs to educate and enable Microsoft Channel Partners to drive net new revenue together, working in collaboration with our local sales and marketing teams.End-Customer Demand Generation:

Work with Microsoft Alliance marketing leadership, corporate growth team, and local sales teams to agree on the development and localization of global campaigns and drive local execution.As part of the key areas, you would also own the following:Execute marketing plans with BlueVoyant Alliance leadership, Microsoft, and Microsoft channel partners and understand their needs to enable GTM alignment with BlueVoyant.Identify opportunities to obtain marketing funds through incentive programs and manage the investment and monitoring process with Microsoft.Ensure BlueVoyant is maximizing Microsoft partner marketing support and incentives to drive strong customer engagement.Prepare and present regular reports for executive leaders and program stakeholders.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have both demand generation and experience working with Microsoft. Preferred candidates will have channel partner and cyber security or services marketing experience.5+ years B2B marketing, field marketing, and/or channel marketing.1+ years' experience with Microsoft Cloud Security technologies to include Azure, Sentinel, and Defender.Ability to create, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently, and quickly pivot as needs change.Experience leading marketing project management initiatives.Able to develop presentations and communication that can influence decision making and inspire joint marketing.Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, and partners.Ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and build buy-in with sales teams.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking with all levels of an organization.Preferred CompetenciesDay-to-day operational agility, with a strong sense of initiative and a history of delivering to plan.Confidence and persuasiveness in interacting with other departments.Good time and multiple task management, ability to react quickly.Business-oriented, proactive, and someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the outcomes.Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, thrives in a fast-paced work environment.Outcome driven, analytical, and have a track record of executing creative, impactful programs.Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and hands-on.About BlueVoyantAt BlueVoyant, we recognize that effective cyber security requires active prevention and defense across both your organization and supply chain.
