Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.A leading Children’s apparel Company is seeking associate designers for our Girl Division. Great opportunity in a growing division within a stable company. Competitive salary, $65k and benefits.Responsibilities:Assist the senior designer with sketching of product lineResponsible for maintaining tech packs for sample making and productionCreate and update line sheetsCommunicate and relay information to Product Development, Tech, and Sourcing departmentsApprovals of all submits from factories (e.g., fabrics, trim, colors)Knowledge of garment constructionMust have knowledge of Illustrator programMust be organized, dependable, flexible, and responsibleMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to maintain a schedule and meet deadlinesQualifications:Proficient in Adobe IllustratorMinimum of 2 years experience in Children's Wear preferredAdditional Information:All candidate information is confidential as according to EEO guidelines.Helpful if you have:Experience with children’s apparel.Understanding of the AMT ERP/Supply Chain system.
