You will lead our Education marketing team to enable schools, students, educators, and upskillers to gain success with real-time 3D technologies. You are an intuitive marketing strategist with outstanding leadership and strong communication. In this role, you'll build relationships with global teams, develop strategic marketing initiatives for education growth, achieve revenue and reach goals, scale our education presence worldwide, and contribute feedback for product development to meet education market needs.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop, implement, and analyze performance of comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, acquire new customers, and expand market share across multiple marketing channels.Collaborate with Sales to cultivate reference accounts for products and solutions; identify customer success stories and build appropriate case studies and collateral.Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by Sales.Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and define the competitive landscape to communicate differentiation to senior leadership.Collaborate with the product management and sales teams to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our education solutions and ensure alignment of marketing activities with sales objectives.What We’re Looking ForExperienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, product marketing - using both online and traditional marketing methods.Excellent project management skills, and the ability to establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal teams, including experience with managing the production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, to collaborate effectively internally and externally.Proficiency in full stack sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms to manage full-funnel marketing and drive data-informed decision-making.Life at UnityUnity (NYSE: U) is the world’s leading platform for creating and operating real-time 3D (RT3D) content.
