79200BRJob Summary Instructional Designer 3 supports day-to-day operations for Learning Systems (primarily Cornerstone products) for Learning & Organization Development. Uses skills to deploy, test, and monitor eLearning and instructor-led/virtual activities, online learning communities, and material related to UCSF Leadership Institute and Center for Nursing Excellence and Innovation (CNEI). Utilizes instructional design and multimedia development skills to shape curricular content into coherent instructional modules that encourage learner engagement. Demonstrates high collaboration and problem-solving skills, and interacts with senior internal and external personnel with little direction for ongoing course development assignments.Department Description The Learning and Organization Development department leads talent development strategies to inspire professional excellence and attract, develop, and retain outstanding and diverse people. The department creates custom e-learning solutions and offers professional development experiences for team members, facilitating talent management.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related area and 2 or more years of directly related work experience; and/or equivalent experience/training.Minimum three (3) years of experience in a learning management system.Thorough knowledge of learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand.Strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Thorough knowledge of technical tools and platforms for engaging online learning content.Preferred Qualifications
