Red Bull North America Inc. is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the development and execution of Marketing priorities through project execution and executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer (EVP, Marketing). You will develop relationships across the Marketing team as well as critical stakeholders to maintain and elevate execution of responsibilities. You will also work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure Marketing priorities are met and the department maintains a unique and compelling employee experience.

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIESAct as right hand and sparring partner for EVP, CMO and as liaison for direct reports.Schedule meetings and manage communication across different regions and time zones, incl. HQ.Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and manage expense report submission for EVP, CMO.Identify opportunities to create processes and systems to effectively support EVP, CMO and to drive efficiency for them.Proactively manage everchanging calendar to ensure EVP, CMO is using their time effectively and with the greatest impact.Organize Marketing Leadership Team meetings from end-to-end, including generation of agenda proposals, preparation and organization of details with stakeholders, capturing key decisions, and working with assigned leaders to ensure appropriate follow-up projects, MLT deliverables and deadlines are communicated.MARKETING TEAM OPERATIONS & ENGAGEMENTLead facility needs, including seating, Videri screens, and any changes to space or equipment.Anticipate needs from the Marketing organization.Identify opportunities to drive engagement, improve morale, and foster camaraderie.Ensure important issues are prioritized across the Marketing Leadership Team, and work cross-functionally to deliver against those opportunities.STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENTWork closely with the Marketing Leadership Team, Talent, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.Lead Marketing EA/AA monthly meetings.Mentor & lead Marketing Administrative Team, ensuring communication and transparency among marketing departments, specifically regarding meetings and ways of working.PROJECT & EVENT MANAGEMENT, ON-SITE SUPPORTManage, organize & direct Marketing meetings & events, inclusive but not limited to agenda development, activity/social curation, run-of-show oversight, and budget and vendor management.Provide ad hoc project management support.Provide planning and on-site support for select projects and events across the market on an as-needed basis.Drive and own key stakeholder decks and presentations, i.e., Business Plan master deck.Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is $76,095 to $84,105 + cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
