While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.As the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be the primary company representative in Dallas, Oklahoma City, & Phoenix, as well as assisting in the opening of offices in San Antonio & Tampa/Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead sales team and maintain sales operationsOutline and manage sales budgetsSet quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goalsMonitor the market and competitor products and activitiesProvide detailed sales forecastingIdentify improvements and develop sales plans and strategiesManage key accountsDevelop sales initiatives, promotions, and specialsDirectly oversee managers, sales, and recruiting teams with 25 individuals directly reporting to youQualifications

8+ years experienceKnowledge of Ultra Staff a plusMust be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions associated with the positionProven growth and leadership skills. Consistently promotes a positive culture and supports and is an example to those around them.Makes a positive impression on others that will enhance the company's brand and reputationSkilled listenerHas a driver's license and will travel by car or plane as required in the performance of their dutiesCan perform work requirements outside of normal work hours, including overnight travelMust be physically capable of meeting documentation and data entry expectationsConsistently brings new ideas to management on strategy for growth, thinks outside the box, and is willing to accept and adapt to feedback.Ability to negotiate contracts and bill ratesComfortable walking onto construction sites wearing steel-toed boots and a hard hatMUST be resourceful to uncover upcoming construction projects within their territory to pass off to sales reps
