Responsibilities:About Tencent Overseas IT and Cloud CoE:Tencent Overseas IT has the mission to empower Tencent’s rapid global growth with future-ready, global IT platforms, applications, and services. We are chartered to lead the Overseas IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution. Satisfying our internal/external customers and becoming a world-class global IT team are our top aspirations.The Cloud Center of Excellence team is part of Tencent Overseas IT. The team will laser focus on providing infrastructure, and best practices to enable Tencent’s tens of overseas game studios. The team will partner with game studios to define and deliver the best cloud and on-premises infrastructure for both game production and game runtime workloads.You will work for our strategic Cloud-enable Studio project which aims to transform the game studios from traditional on-premises environments to next-generation distributed and remotely accessible virtual studios empowered by the latest cloud technology.Position Overview:We are seeking a UI Designer Intern to design and develop innovative Web Apps on the cloud for Tencent's overseas game studios. Studio Application Products , you will work in the agile team and improve the user experience of the products by building an intuitive and easy-to-use Web UI style, creating visual elements such as logos and graphics, as well as layouts and navigation system. Based in Palo Alto, CA, this person will work closely with the global IT team and HQ teams.Whom we are looking for:A quick learner.A positive, self-motivated, and passionate person.Independent, insistent, and open-minded.Requirements:Skilled in visual design and user-system interactions.Experienced with Figma, Sketch, Miro, or other design tools.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Strong communication and presentation skills.Robust creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Major in information technology, visual design, interaction design, or related disciplines.
