Joon Health is an integrated behavior improvement platform for kids, starting with behavior disorders like ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression. In Joon, kids access a game-based digital therapeutic where they level up when they do real-life behaviors that are managed by parents and clinicians.Over the next 10 years, we plan on being the first-line digital treatment for pediatric behavior disorders, leveraging the first of its kind technology to drive behavior change.After launching Joon in January 2022, focused on kids with ADHD and Autism, we’ve already reached over 18K active paying subscribers. You will be the first full-time product designer on the team, working directly with our CEO and driving product design across 2 mobile apps and a web app.Passion for our product and missionSelf-starter with a high work ethicExperienced at talking to users constantly, and pushing user needs into product prioritiesExtremely iterative and experimental - understanding that many ideas will failExcited to collaborate across 3 product teams + working closely with our growth team to drive business outcomesYou know what makes a viable experiment, without over-engineering solutions before validatingAbility to navigate product data and combine it with user insights seamlesslyWhat You'll Do
Establish a Design System : Create a cohesive design system that ensures a consistent and delightful user experience across all Joon products, including the parent app, kid app, and web-based clinical dashboard.Leverage Data and User Insights : Utilize data-driven insights and user interviews to continuously improve UI/UX and drive engagement and retention among our users.Drive Product Design : Take ownership of product design for all three Joon products, from concept to implementation, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing experience for users.Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with the CEO and product teams to align design strategies with overall business objectives and foster seamless collaboration.Skills & Experience
Expert in UI/UX, and having general experience across product design4+ years of relevant design experience as a tech, product-driven companyNice to have: experience with both web and mobile health, consumer, and/or gaming designWhat Benefits Do We Offer?
