We are looking for a

Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Technology

to drive and implement strategies and solutions with Martech tools that improve rep productivity, generate pipeline, and accelerate opportunities. This role will report to the Director, Database Marketing & Technology and partner closely with global campaigns, field and channel marketing, sales development, go to market, and sales operations teams. Ideal applicants are results-driven and analytical, with strong critical thinking, communication, and technical expertise and demonstrate a bias for action.

Responsibilities

Manage funnel & pipeline health and drive the right actions across Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to support lead conversion through the funnel, and improve new logo growth.Help define and execute target account strategies; identify and recommend prescriptive sales plays; deliver insights and recommendations for optimizing the ICP.Administer and drive strategies for core GTM tools; including 6Sense, Outreach, and Web Chat.Partner with the analytics team and business stakeholders to define new dashboard requirements and advance existing dashboards.Drive technology investment plan with GTM stakeholders; measure and report on ROI.Define use case maturity, advancing usage for core technology applications that drive sales and marketing productivity.

Qualifications

10+ years revenue & marketing operations experience; preferably in enterprise SaaS.Experience managing the marketing and sales funnel. Proven ability to help accelerate leads from creation to opportunity to close.Experience with defining the ICP, Target Accounts and ideal buying committee; recommending prescriptive sales plays and actioning with GTM teams.Expertise with revenue / martech technology including 6Sense, DemandBase, Outreach, Drift, Salesforce and LeanData, amongst others.Ability to influence sales leaders and reps to drive adoption and usage of technology; and launch new prospecting approaches and testing strategies.PLG experience a plus.Excellent planning, problem-solving and analytical skills.

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.

Base Pay Range $150,000—$190,000 USD
