The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines, plan and prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent projects and individuals. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator specializing in the Science / Technology sector at Page, you will be responsible for working with senior management, market, and practice leaders, and the marketing and communications team to develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives in alignment with the Sector’s strategic and financial goals, that build brand awareness and win work for the firm.Responsibilities

Lead in developing proposals, qualifications, and interviews, including developing strategy and content and ensuring timeliness and qualityManages the overall pursuit process to ensure that overall theme, technical scope, staff qualifications, and experience are accurate, well-written, and graphically pleasingWrites and edits content as neededResponsible for the quality of materials in the pursuit processCoach interview presentation teams and assist in developing contentActs as process driver to ensure the most efficient procedures and protocols are in placeProvides input and collaboration to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFPs and other marketing-related inquiriesWorks closely with marketing, business development, market and practice leaders, and project delivery staff when producing proposals and other related materialsDevelop new marketing content and maintain existing content, including content for the website, proposals, interview materials, images, resumes, project data sheets, and presentationsResponsible for accuracy of information populated into CRM System (Deltek Vision), oversees the production and maintenance of weekly and monthly marketing reports/leadsLead other marketing, communication, and business development efforts as neededProvide marketing leadership to the Pursuit Development Studio in assigned area of expertiseKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

Exceptional writing, editing, graphic, time management, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to create and edit narrative contentExceptional attention to detail, including consistency, formatting, grammar, visuals, and brand adherenceDedication to qualityKnowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite)Ability to work with geographically diverse teams across multiple officesAbility and interest in the mentorship of colleaguesProfessional, collaborative attitudeCreative, curious, driven, self-starting, resourceful, flexible, and open-mindedInterest in growth and career development at PageQualifications

A bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, English, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or related design field is requiredA minimum of 5 years of marketing and proposal management experience within the A/E/C industry within the Science/Technology sector requiredProject management skills for short and long-term deadlines requiredExperience in supporting proposals for various market sectors and pursuit types (ie. private, public, and federal SF330’s) is preferred.
