As a Partner Marketing Manager at Insight, you will take on a pivotal role as the marketing leader for one of our strategic partners, HPE. Collaborating closely with Insight's product management team, you will drive sales enablement and demand generation strategies to fuel sales pipeline growth and revenue, aligning with Insight's strategic go-to-market objectives. Your responsibilities will include spearheading marketing campaign tactics that accelerate revenue and margin performance, while fostering channel relationships and maximizing marketing investments. You will lead cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions that drive business growth and profitability, ensuring successful execution of marketing programs for HPE across Insight's client portfolio.

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or post-graduate education is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or product management within a B2B sales organization.
  • Experience with Data Center partners and knowledge of marketing and project management software.
  • Client-facing event planning, content strategy, technology, and B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex marketing stacks and develop integrated campaigns
  • Proficiency in CRM/Digital Marketing tools, traditional marketing channels, and budget management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with effective decision-making and ability to pivot plans to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborative work style with experience in matrixed organizations.
  • Commitment to operational excellence, process improvement, and understanding of business acumen.
  • Self-starter with leadership qualities, creativity, and a focus on innovation while adhering to brand guidelines.
The base salary range for this position is typically $90,000 to $95,000 with benefits. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
