The Facilities Management Design Project Manager will provide technical and design expertise, along with team leadership, in project management, design, building code requirements, and construction methodology. The Design Project Manager will oversee facilities-related projects from initial design development to project close-out, addressing evolving business needs to support strategic growth and other key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Manage moderate to large-scale projects, including office remodels, major construction renovations, and technical projects, with minimal oversight.Develop construction documents using AutoCAD software.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Initiate and oversee all project phases, including programming, design, scheduling, move coordination, procurement, contractor management, project monitoring, and close-out procedures.Collaborate with and coordinate external architects, engineers, and consultants.Provide technical expertise and project oversight to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and jurisdictional codes.Manage all project contracts, change orders, invoices, and standard project governance documents.Develop and present high-quality documents to leadership for review and approval.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, or a related field is required.Minimum of five years' experience in commercial-related interior design or architecture, including project management and space planning.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong knowledge of building and life safety codes.Excellent understanding and interpretation of construction documents.Knowledge of budget and accounting principles.High level of initiative and ability to multitask, meeting deadlines efficiently.

Pay Range:

The starting pay range for this position is $63,600 to $101,800 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate's qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
