Our online faculty provide high-quality academic experiences and support students as they work toward their educational goals. You will work collaboratively in a supportive academic environment, partnering with student advising and the academic team to ensure that each student has the support and tools they need to be successful.We are looking for faculty for the following courses:Customer Experience OptimizationIn this Role You'll Get To:Provide a high level of student outreach and connect with students, academic advisors and team leaders on a frequent basis to ensure student successEngage with students, offering an increased presence in the classroomProvide substantial student feedback and offer a quick turnaround on gradesWhat we're Looking For:Master's degree or higher in Marketing or MBA with 15 hours in Marketing2 years of relevant and current professional experience in the field of MarketingProfessional experience customer data analyzation and/or customer serviceExperience with an LMS (Learning Management System)Work Hours:This posting is hiring for future term starts, dates to be assigned later.Compensation:The standard compensation is $2,200 per 8-week for most undergraduate courses and $2,500 for most 10-week graduate terms.
