POSITION TITLE

Senior Specialist, Marketing Strategy and Operations, Textile

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Specialist of Marketing Strategy and Operations will lead the execution of key strategic marketing initiatives and Go-to-market plans for the Textile Division. This position will provide a mix of hands-on tactical execution and project management that will require the candidate to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally within the division and with enterprise marketing shared service partners on creative execution.

This position is located at Milliken's Global Headquarters in Spartanburg, SC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupport Go-To-Market (GTM) planning for priority Business Units (BUs) and execute on key tactics within the GTM Plan (Digital, Web, Content, etc.).Collaborate with Marketing and Product Managers to identify key customer / end user trends and support market insights work.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content plans that support business goals, addresses the unique needs and pain points of our target audience, and enhance the customer experience.Manage marketing shared service creative team to deliver high-quality, compelling, and SEO friendly content across various formats (e.g. website copy, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, webinars and other general marketing materials) that aligns with content plans.Strategize, plan and coordinate key tradeshows for each BU to generate high-quality interactions, new and existing sales opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and increase brand awareness. Tradeshow management may include, venue selection, contract negotiation, collection of sample and product display materials, speaker management, logistics, registration, email blasts, and promotional item requests.Engage with sales to ensure they are enabled and empowered to successfully market our product and promote our capabilities at each show.Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress and results from each event with a goal of understanding our Return on Investment (ROI).Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to identify trends, optimize content strategy, and identify opportunities for improvement.Audit existing content archive for brand voice, relevance, and optimization for repurposing and syndication.Work with cross functional team to track division marketing budget.Project management for key marketing initiatives including overseeing the implementation of the project plan, monitoring progress, resource usage and quality, and adjusting the plan as needed to account for roadblocks that may occur.QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Sales Enablement, or related roles with proven project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of marketing principles including segmentation, targeting, positioning, branding and how to utilize Unique Selling Points (USPs) of a product or service to create differentiation within a target market.Experience in project management, creative brief development, agency management, and budget tracking.The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams and driving key projects to completion.Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and analyze content performance metrics.Proficiency with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce a plus
