Direct Marketing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Direct Marketing Manager to spearhead our direct marketing initiatives, focusing on government sectors, new business acquisitions, and B2B verticals. This role will be crucial in developing and executing strategies to generate revenue, acquire new logos, and drive growth within targeted vertical markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in direct marketing, campaign management, and vertical market penetration.

Responsibilities:Direct Marketing Strategy :

Develop and implement direct marketing strategies tailored to government sectors, new business opportunities, and B2B verticals.Design and manage campaigns aimed at generating revenue and acquiring new logos.

Campaign Management :

Oversee the execution of direct marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, and digital marketing initiatives.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Government Sector Marketing :

Identify and target key government accounts and sectors to drive engagement and secure new business.Develop marketing approaches customized for government clients’ needs and requirements.

New Customer Acquisition :

Create and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.Collaborate with sales teams to identify leads and drive awareness.

Vertical Market Penetration :

Conduct market research to uncover trends and opportunities within specific verticals.Test new markets.Develop marketing strategies to enhance presence and growth in these verticals.

B2B Marketing

Design and execute direct marketing campaigns for B2B audiences to drive acquisition and retention.Utilize customer insights to tailor marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.

Performance Tracking and Reporting :

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for direct marketing activities.Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support campaign execution.

Minimum Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in direct marketing, with a focus on government sectors, new business acquisition, and B2C verticals.Skills: Strong expertise in direct marketing strategies, campaign management, and performance analytics.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Leadership: Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in marketing to government sectors and vertical markets.Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Familiarity with market research techniques and lead generation strategies.
