Award-winning architecture firm located in downtown Culver City, California, is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer / Interior Architect to join their team of Architects and Designers.
LA-based Architecture + Interiors Studio is a passionate team of 40 creatives (and growing) with offices in Los Angeles and San Diego.
They are hiring for their LA location . They value individual contributions and team-based collaboration. Their portfolio consists of healthcare, workplace, residential, institutional, retail, and commercial projects.
They are currently searching for a passionate Interior Designer with 4-7 years of project experience in commercial interior design. The candidate will collaborate with senior staff on multiple projects simultaneously, covering all phases from schematic design to construction administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting skills and in-depth knowledge of commercial furniture and material manufacturers. Proficiency in CAD and Revit, with a strong emphasis on Revit, is essential. Experience with SketchUp is also required.
Candidate will work with Senior staff on one or more projects simultaneously from schematic design through construction administration. Additional requirements include the ability to:Conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentsDevelop space planning concepts and mood boardsDevelop and deliver graphic presentation materials for client presentationsResearch, select, and document FF&E scopeAssist with overall interior design development during the Schematic Design and Design Development phasesAssist with creating full sets of construction documents including interior elevations, construction details, and millwork drawingsAssist with reviewing submittals and RFI's during CAManage the interiors resource library as neededBe a strong part of our team and be able to collaborate with project team members of all skill levels and disciplinesExperience in CAD, Revit, Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite is required.Benefits Highlights
