We are seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer, looking for growth opportunities, with 2-5 years of commercial project experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about interior design, eager to contribute fresh ideas, and excited to work in a supportive, mentoring environment.

Responsibilities:- Work individually and collaboratively with the architectural and interiors teams to create and develop innovative design solutions.- Prepare programming and concept design packages, including space planning, furnishings layout, lighting, and finish selections to communicate design ideas through 3D models for a wide range of educational, municipal and aviation projects.- Prepare and deliver construction drawings and specifications, within project deadlines.- Support construction administration of projects - including reviewing submittals and finish samples, and attending construction meetings when needed.- Work with our project team leads, clients and consultants, with project coordination efforts with the ability to prioritize deadlines, manage effective communications and successfully deliver projects

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited university- On track to obtain NCIDQ Certification, with preference being given to licensed candidates.- Proficient in REVIT, with preference being given to candidates with REVIT production experience- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp with rendering and visual communication skills- Basic knowledge of finishes, materials, color selections, furniture, fixtures and equipment, and specifications on commercial projects- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, organized, efficient team player with a can-do positive attitude, good work ethics and time management skills- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
