LifeMD is currently in the midst of immense growth and was recently ranked #166 in the 2023 Deloitte Fast 500.About the roleAs the Creative Director, you will have the opportunity and responsibility for managing the entire creative process and serving as a liaison between our creative agencies, media partners, and internal team to deliver impressive results. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of creative assets, providing recommendations and directions for iterations, and making tweaks and updates to the designs internally as needed.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with the CAO and CMO to elevate LifeMD brands (LifeMD, RexMD, ShapiroMD, NavaMD, Cleared) and inspire communityDevelop and manage LifeMD’s creative vision from concept to completionSynthesize creative assets across all touchpoints including social media, website, marketing campaigns, and app experienceReview and approve creative and copy developed by partners, ensuring that deliverables meet marketing goals and brand standardsDesign new creatives in-house as needed to support marketing initiativesAnalyze creative effectiveness and provide feedback to creators and creative partners to improve future projectsDirect photographers and videographers on creative projects and shootsCollaborate with marketing team to support campaigns and product launches with unique visuals and creative assetsCome up with creative content ideas to test across our marketing channelsIdentify needs for creative resources (freelancers, designers, design agencies, etc) and hire designers and creators in-house as neededOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in advertising, art, design or relevant fieldExperience as a senior graphic designer, art director, or similar roleExperience creating integrated content across all marketing channelsStrong understanding of creative industry trends; specifically within ecommerce is a plusHighly proficient with creative tools such as Adobe Creative SuiteStrong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives and budgetsSkilled in group coordination and providing constructive feedbackAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at one timeExcellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skillsBenefitsSalary Range: $180,000-$220,000Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Commuter BenefitsShort Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentFree Food & Snacks
