JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead efforts across all Driven Brands' online properties. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing company's overall SEO strategy to accelerate organic search performance across all search engines. They will work closely with brand partners/website team and provide continuous auditing to monitor for QA, inform SEO and Keyword strategy, link building and address content/technical improvements.

Responsibilities

Audit and Continuous monitoring and analysis of SEO performance to identify issues, find root causes, and implement a systematic solutionEvaluation of both content and technical performance to make recommendations and alterations promptly.Identify, document, and manage SEO best practices for website managementConduct keyword research to guide content teams and work with brand team to optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copyDevelop SEO KPIs for consistent and comprehensive performance management and reporting across onsite and technical aspects.Requirements

Technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience.4-6 years of experience managing enterprise-level SEOBroad and deep knowledge of marketing technology concepts, practices, and procedures, with experience in retail, QSR, or similar multi-location business segmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDetail orientation with strong analytical capabilitiesDesign and troubleshooting skills; strong attention to detail and organizationGood problem resolution and communications skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask across several projects with competing deadlinesPositive attitude and team player

Position Location:Indiana

Compensation Range:$7.25 - $133,000.00

Compensation Frequency:Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
