As part of the US Oncology Sales team, you will report to Head of US Oncology Sales and work with Sales Leadership, Insights & Analytics (I&A), Ethics & Compliance (E&C), Learning & Development, and Data, Digital, & Technology. How you will contribute: + Partner with Sales Leadership and marketing teams to identify opportunities to enhance sales force productivity, support brand plans, and to develop processes, tools and technology improvements. + Ensure successful onboarding of new OTMs and RDs and coordinate successful training with L&D. + Provide project management oversight for key sales initiatives. + Work in partnership with all relevant OBU and SLT stakeholders, including Learning and Development, Customer Experience and Analytics, PVA, DDT, and Brand Marketing to ensure effective execution of key initiatives. + Oversee the planning and execution of all major live and virtual Sales meetings. + Interface with outside vendors and open POs while working closely with finance to ensure budget is effectively managed. + Coordinate with internal partners to get necessary approvals, set up SOWs, and align on processes. + Work closely with E&C and Legal to ensure compliance and provide remediation when necessary. + Develop and provide communication strategy for sales. + Create training decks (digital, compliance, sales tactics, sales execution) as needed and will work cross functional to ensure alignment Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: + Minimum BS/BA degree with MS/MBA preferred + Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical sales with at least 2 years in hematology/oncology + Sales leadership and/or sales training preferred + Strong project management skills required + Excellent communicator, both oral and written, with strong presentation skills + Strong financial acumen + Ability to influence without authority + Pro To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
