Job Description:Marketing and Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in our portfolio of companies by promoting our services and expertise through digital media (in the form of social media, white papers, and blogs,) and by attending in-person events (tradeshows, trade events, company events.)
Key Responsibilities:Manage and Grow Social Media Presence:Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create compelling content, including posts, images, and videos, to engage our target audience.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.Partner with the Sales team to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies, evaluating market data trends to identify business opportunities for revenue resources and profitability
Content Creation:Write a minimum of 2 informative and engaging blog posts on the company website each month, positioning Staley Technologies as a thought leader.Generate white-papers for each of our company's key service offerings and market segments, showcasing our expertise and industry knowledge.Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages to maximize campaign success.
Brand Representation:Represent the Staley Technologies brand at company events, trade shows, and conferences.Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:Proven experience in social media management and content creation.Excellent writing skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.)Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong organizational and project management skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for technology and a strong interest in the Technology industry are preferred.
