Our Client is looking for a Sr. Creative Account Manger to work within its internal Creative Agency. We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic creative team, acting as a liaison between internal client partners and creative teams, managing projects from intake to delivery. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality creative output across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:Manage client communication and expectations from strategy to delivery.Intake, vet, and prioritize creative briefs.Guide projects through the creative development process.Coordinate day-to-day agency efforts and maintain project deadlines.Support client meetings with recaps, feedback, and next steps.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree.7-10 years of experience in a creative agency managing accounts.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.Preferred experience in video content delivery services or broadcasting.Skills:Effective communication and influence over key stakeholders.Client-focused solution delivery.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Experience in agency work.
