Their clients include CBS, MBL, News Crop and More! With over 200 people globally and offices globally the are in a really exciting position for growth going in to 2024.They are looking for a Senior Publisher account Manager to manager some of their biggest publishers across North American MarketsThe JobManage a portfolio of Publisher accounts and manage their relationships from post sale!Working with Publishers on Programmatic Video StrategyCollaborating with the likes of sales, Technical CSM's, Product and more to assist in on boarding publishersIdentify up-sell and cross sell opportunities across your book of businessYouAt least 3 - 5 years CSM experience within an Ad Tech or media companyMust have managed publisher relationships in current or past rolesKnowledge of the digital and programmatic ecosystemThe ability to build lasting relationships as well as a commercial mindset for up-sells and cross sells
