We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Sales Leader to recruit, lead, manage, and hold the Marketing & Sales teams accountable.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train new sales team members.Performance Assessments: Conduct regular performance assessments to optimize team efficiency.Guidelines and Directions: Establish guidelines and provide clear directions for the sales team.Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to align with company objectives.Sales Processes: Develop, implement, and oversee efficient sales processes.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership Team to contribute strategically.

Requirements:4+ years of Sales & Marketing Leadership experience for an IT/ERP Talent Search/Staff Augmentation firmProven ability to manage a sales and marketing teamProven recruitment and performance management of sales and marketing hiresPrevious experience in setting up and managing sales processes.Strong cultural fit with the company and ability to hire accordingly.EOS experience is a BIG plus.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):Team Building: Hire 1-3 Experienced Sales Executives per quarter.Build a team of 5-10 sales executives by the end of the first year.Achieve 50%+ annual sales revenue and profit growthProcess Setup: Set up sales processes and contribute to strategy.Guidelines Establishment: Establish guidelines and directions for the sales team.Hold the Sales Team Accountable for accomplishing goals and objectives.

Must work from our Yardley, PA office

offer work-from-home. Candidates will live within 15-30 minutes commuting distance of the office, have their own transportation, and be able to drive to the office.

On Target Total Compensation; $160K + BenefitsBase Salary:

$80KAnnual Bonus: $16K (paid on the anniversary with the company)Incentives
