Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist at Willow. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for data-driven campaign development, execution, and reporting as well as the creation of content for financial advisors to use with their clients. This position requires a deep understanding of financial advisors and a strong background in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Canva.

ResponsibilitiesRun data-driven campaigns to drive financial advisors to Willow's sales teamCreate high-converting audience segments, ads, and landing pagesCreate & deliver webinars to warm up financial advisor leadsCreate compelling newsletters, infographics, blog & LinkedIn postsCreate new & improve upon existing sales materialsAutomate multiple touch points with leadsWrite content for financial advisors along side our content partnersReports directly to the VP of Marketing with collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams

QualificationsExperience in the financial services or wealth management industriesDemonstrate a deep knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, & CanvaExcellent sales, marketing strategy, and research skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
