Description

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the hospital's marketing and communication strategies. This role involves creating and executing marketing campaigns to enhance the hospital's visibility, attract new patients, and promote services. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Key responsibilities include market research, digital marketing, community outreach, public relations, and managing the hospital's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve hospital goals.Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competitors.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and website content.Manage the hospital's online presence, including social media channels and the website.Assist with coordination of community outreach events and partnerships to increase the hospital's visibility.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with hospital strategic plan.Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and graphic designers.Serves as the primary Public Information Officer within the hospital's Incident Command structure in accordance with the hospital's emergency management procedures.Requirements

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in marketingStrong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and toolsExperience with graphic designExperience with content creation, social media management, and public relations.

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare marketing
