Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all managerial and administrative tasks for the project, from the initial preconstruction phase through to project closeout.Collaborate closely with clients and the design team to create preliminary concept drawings and establish the project budget.Participate in client proposal meetings to review the scope of work, suggest cost-saving measures, provide value engineering insights, and negotiate contracts and fees.Supervise the selection and procurement process for subcontractors, trades, and vendors.Explore and assess opportunities to directly procure materials or specialized equipment when it benefits the project budget or schedule.Partner with the Project Superintendent to develop and review subcontractor work scopes, contracts, project schedules, and site logistics plans.Lead preconstruction planning meetings with designers, subcontractors, and vendors to address potential constructability, sequencing, or manpower challenges.Conduct weekly or bi-weekly on-site OAC meetings once construction starts to monitor progress and address challenges with the client directly.Monitor and manage project performance against the budget, prepare owner pay applications, and generate cost status and progress billing reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in either Civil or Electrical Engineering8+ years’ experience in constructionData Center, Advanced Technology, E/V Manufacturing Facility, Life Science or Industrial construction experience preferred
