Element6's client has an immediate opening for a Transportation Design Project Manager in their Germantown, Wisconsin location. This position will design freeways, state highways and local government roadways. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the organization clients and projects.
Responsibilities:Writing proposals, winning business, negotiating contracts/agreements with clients/subconsultants, setting, and maintaining project budgets and overseeing projects.The main point of contact for clients and coordinates with team members and subconsultants.Utilization of exemplary communication and leadership skills when working with other Project Engineers to manage the internal teams for successful project completion.
Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of twelve (12) years’ progressive experience in WisDOT, INDOT, VDOT or local government transportation engineering, including a minimum of three (3) years of project management.State of Wisconsin professional engineering license is requiredFlorida, Indiana, Virginia, North Carolina, or Texas professional engineering license is/are a plus.Successful candidate must have experience designing roadways with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
