ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy Development:

Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the firm’s goals. As a Manager, lead the development of high-level strategies and oversee their implementation.Proposal Support:

Provide strategic input for proposals to market our services effectively. As a Manager, guide the proposal process and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. As a Manager, lead research initiatives and guide adjustments to marketing strategies.Digital Presence Management:

Enhance the firm’s online presence through effective use of social media, SEO, and website content.Analytics and ROI:

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign success and ensure a strong return on investment.Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. As a Manager, lead collaborative efforts and drive marketing initiatives across departments.Training and Mentorship:

Mentor junior marketing staff and provide training on marketing best practices, if applicable. As a Manager, oversee the development of the marketing efforts and foster a culture of continuous learning.Video Content Creation:

Utilize video editing and filming skills to produce engaging marketing materials.

RequirementsExperience:Specialist: 3-5 years of increasing experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Civil Engineering industry or related fields.Manager: 5-7 years of increasing experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns and managing teams.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, and the ability to craft AI prompts.Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Civil Engineering industry and Inland Southern California market is a plus.Writing Skills:

Excellent writing skills, particularly for marketing content and proposals.Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to inform decision-making.Creativity:

Innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies.Project Management:Specialist: Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.Manager: Demonstrated expertise in leading complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams to success.Adaptability:

Salary Range:Marketing Specialist $66,144-$107,328Marketing Manager $73,000-$116,800
