Your responsibilities encompass an array of tasks, from coordinating sales initiatives to collaborating on sophisticated marketing campaigns that resonate with our guests. As the steward of this harmonious blend, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our resorts, ensuring that every aspect aligns with the pinnacle of excellence for an unforgettable guest experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with Sales Managers to execute group booking accordingly in appropriate systems.Set up accurate billing for each individual group.Enter pertinent information into Sales, PMS and Event Management systems.Run group reports through our sales system and continually maintain group bookings in property systems.Take leads both over the phone and email, then process in our sales system.Ensure all contract details are noted correctly in Delphi and the PMS at contract turnover.Enter rooming lists accurately and with detailed notes and proper billing.Facilitate weekly GRC pickup meetings with revenue management team to ensure optimization of hotels.Ensure appropriate guest follow up takes place in a timely and proper fashion, in accordance with the standard operating procedures.Maintain rate integrity in accordance with revenue management strategies.Assist in maximizing hotel room revenue and occupancy numbers.Must be a cultural ambassador and participate positively in a sales team environment.Act as the main point of contact for the Blue Sky team to send website updates and new page development requests.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or at least 2+ years of experience in luxury or design space with experience in or an interest in social media management and marketing.Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic.Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills.Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.
