This role involves building and leading a high-performing marketing team, creating and presenting annual marketing plans, and executing dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years of diverse marketing experience, with a strong background in retail, digital marketing, PR, social media, and operations. Experience in managing multi-million marketing budgets is essential, as is hands-on experience with CRM, SEM, SEO tools, and social media platforms. The role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent presentation abilities. Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
