Company Overview:Our client, a family-run portrait studio in Hollywood, SC, is experiencing rapid growth. Specializing in creating beautiful and timeless portrait art, they serve the Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Kiawah, and Daniel Island areas. They are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to help clients transition from their initial free portrait offer to premium packages.
Job Description :Meet with clients after their complimentary photo shoot, guiding them through the process of upgrading their portrait experience with personalized premium packages.Understand each client’s unique needs and preferences, using consultative selling techniques to recommend and close sales on larger portrait packages.Actively contribute to the studio’s goal of doubling sales by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.Work closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience and continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Compensation:
Potential to earn, at minimum, $60k/year - $100k/year. Current Sales Consultants earning a minimum of $8k/month. They do offer a $5k temporary base only for the first month while you ramp-up. Then you will earn 7% commission on each sale/client you enroll!
The Ideal Candidate:Experience with consultative selling and 1-call close approach, portrait sales a bonus.High emotional intelligence.Must be comfortable working with woman boudoir/intimate sessions, family portraits, and pet sessions.Passion for art and the ability to connect deeply with clients would be ideal.Must be open to working Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays (10 Saturdays out of the year).Must be available to work onsite in Hollywood, SC out of the home-office studio location.
