Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Meta Ads Strategist to lead the development, management, and optimization of sophisticated Meta ad campaigns for our B2C clients. This role is critical in driving our clients' digital marketing success by providing in-depth analysis, strategic recommendations, and innovative solutions to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. As a senior member of our digital marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create data-driven strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Campaign Development:
Design, manage, and scale complex Meta ad campaigns that align with client objectives, focusing on defined performance-driven goals.Advanced Audience Segmentation:
Leverage advanced audience research, segmentation, and targeting techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.Data-Driven Analysis:
Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance data, utilizing insights to provide strategic recommendations and actionable improvements.Innovative Testing Strategies:
Implement sophisticated A/B and multivariate testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages, consistently refining approaches to enhance campaign outcomes.Thought Leadership:
Stay ahead of industry trends, Meta platform updates, and emerging tools to advise clients and internal teams on new opportunities and best practices.Collaborative Strategy Execution:
Work with internal and client teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies, maintaining a proactive approach to campaign management and optimization.Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:Deep Expertise in Meta Ads Manager:
Proven track record of success with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, with a strong focus on strategic planning and analysis.Analytical Excellence:
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive performance via PowerBI expertise.Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate strategic insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of B2C marketing landscapes, with experience managing campaigns with strict KPIs and monthly goals.Continuous Learning:
