Your Mission:As a Philanthropy & Marketing Associate, you will merge your love for helping others with dynamic business and marketing strategies. With our structured mentorship program, you’ll grow from the ground up, mastering the essentials of marketing while driving impactful philanthropic initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our philanthropic efforts.- Support the planning and coordination of charity events, drives, and community outreach programs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create modern, impactful marketing content.- Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities for future philanthropic initiatives.- Liaise with local non-profits and charitable organizations to develop lasting relationships.- Monitor and report on the success and impact of marketing and philanthropic campaigns.- Provide support in managing social media platforms, emphasizing our community and philanthropic involvement.- Participate in routine meetings, receiving feedback and mentorship for continual growth.
Who You Are:- An enthusiastic team player with experience in a sorority or fraternity, bringing a wealth of collaborative and leadership skills.- Passionate about philanthropy and eager to find ways to make a difference through your work.- Excellent in communication, both written and verbal, with a flair for creativity.- Knowledgeable of digital media trends, with the ability to leverage social platforms for increased reach and impact.- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.- A recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, or has equivalent internships or volunteer experience.
