We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented

Sales & Marketing Intern

to join our energetic Business Development department. You will be responsible for assisting with the special projects that span across the business development and marketing teams. The sales internship will allow for exposure to a diverse array of functional workflows within different departments, educating you on areas that may best align with your career interests. You will work with our sales and marketing leadership to boost our performance marketing and front-line sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate across cross-functional project teams to assist with ongoing initiatives happening on the sales and marketing teamsAssist in the development of new sales materialAssist in the management of marketing workflowsLearn and develop new sales skillsFacilitate clear and concise status updates for key project stakeholders including direct communications with department managers and leadershipAbility to work effectively with TCW leadership & stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, prioritization, and successful project deliveryUtilizing proven interpersonal and change management skills, overcome resistance to new processes and technologies

Qualifications & Skills

In pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited universityAbility to think critically and creatively in developing solutions to challengesProven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail with advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong MS Office skills, and PowerPointAdvanced communication and presentation skillsCapable of performing well in a fast-paced, high growth environmentExperience with CRM toolsFamiliarity with sales and marketing concepts
