The Project Interior Designer for Healthcare should be an innovative and creative thinker who is able to lead a diverse team and build lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare market.
RESPONSIBILITIESFormulates designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.Oversees and contributes to interior design contracts and presentation documents in all project phases.Effectively builds and maintains relationships with clients.Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design.Oversees and coordinates team of both in-house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors.Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid-level interior designers.
MUST HAVES:Local to Orlando, Florida10 to 12
years relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in interior designAt least 3 years of
experience in healthcare
Other Requirements:Strong communication and presentation skillsExcellent client management and leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent time and project management skills with strong follow-up.Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others.Able to take direction as well as lead.Strong healthcare finish material knowledge and applicationNCIDQ certification preferred.Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop
