Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads.Close sales by addressing customer questions, handling objections, and providing relevant information.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.Marketing Campaign Execution:Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.Be up-to-date on marketing promotions and client informationMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.Customer Relationship Management:Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional sales.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and cohesive strategies.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing and sales efforts.
