Internal Communications Manager.

Hybrid Schedule 3 Days in Office.

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team where you can bring your whole self to work. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing Communications and Internal Communications and manage a small team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, to achieve business goals through motivating behavior of key employee segments.Partner with business leaders across the organization to ensure all internal communication is aligned with business unit and corporate function goals, i.e. Human Resources, Safety, Compliance, Diversity, and business unit-specific needs.Provide guidance and feedback on internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company's mission, goals, and values.Develop and manage an internal communications network for event planning and internal and site communications. Actively participate in the global communications network.Create and deliver internal communications content, including crisis communications, change communications, C-level communications email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, podcasts, and presentations.Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and optimize based on feedback and data analysis aligned to business objectives.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.Manage and maintain the company's internal communication tools in partnership with IT, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's goals and values.Manage internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to building a positive team spirit.Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources.Travel - 20% - Domestic and InternationalKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

Education and/or Experience:

BS or BA/Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience. 2+ years related Marketing, HR, Corporate Communications experience in corporate setting. Experience with large-scale event planning. Experience & track record of working in an ambiguous, dynamic environment. Proven ability to build and run programs in areas related to employee experience.Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with employees at all levels, including cross-functional partners. Able to translate the CEO's and other business leader's voice into employee communications. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other team members.Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Good analytical and trouble shooting skills.Computer Skills:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity and knowledge about Social Media platforms.
