With extensive clinical validation of the effectiveness of our product and significant growth potential, all while we are pre-IPO, Ceribell is a fantastic career opportunity.Position OverviewDevelop/refine the strategies to develop the non-convulsive seizure market in the US in partnership with our sales teams. Ensure flawless execution across a portfolio of regional efforts to drive new account acquisition and programmatic growth in current accounts.What You'll DoDevelop and refine the strategic programs used to drive same store growth and account acquisition.Execute regional programs (e.g., including KOL development, residency/fellow training, webinars, grand rounds, etc.) in lock step with our sales team.Develop local KOL relationships.Drive lead quantity, quality and cultivation for assigned major national trade shows.Partner with our regional sales leaders to deliver business results.Measurements of SuccessLeads generated, cultivated, converted from assigned major conferences.Usage and pipeline impact from regional market development.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 10 years in market development roles.Managed small teams to successful outcomes.Very skilled in analytic tools (Excel, Alteryx) and Marketing platforms (SFDC, Groove, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.).Highly organized and diligent.Detail oriented.Able to manage cross-functional projects effectively.Ceribell is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
