ASPENX apparel, rental, and experiences are some of Aspen Ventures’ current consumer facing brand vehicles.Job Description The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of creative content, brand, and marketing strategies across brands, driving results for offerings that include high-performance luxury products, retail, rentals, and experiences. This role involves leading brand content, eCommerce, digital marketing, and merchandising campaigns. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring brand synergy with Aspen One, as well as other partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive sales.The budgeted salary range for this position is $144,206 - 200,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.Applications for this position will be accepted until September 15, 2024.

Essential Job Functions:Develop and implement brand and marketing strategy to drive sales and increase brand awareness via owned and paid channelsLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team with a hands-on approachPartner with shared services to manage the brand's social media presence and create engaging content to increase followers, engagement, and conversionCollaborate with the Aspen One Brand and Digital teams to develop cross-promotion strategies and ensure brand campaign synergy and increase brand visibilityWork closely to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new market opportunities, product expansions, or partnerships that can drive incremental revenueAnalyze and measure marketing results, market trends, and consumer data and insights to inform marketing strategy and tactics, explore new channels, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevantRegularly update senior leadership on marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities, and align marketing initiatives with the company's broader strategic goalsProtect, build, and enhance brand integrity across all platformsCreate, track, and manage the department’s budgetOther duties assignedQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership roleStrong understanding of brand, ecommerce marketing, digital, paid media, and merchandising strategiesExperience in fashion, experiences, retail, ski, luxury, outdoor or sporting goods industry is a plusExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisionsExperience with social media, public relations, and influencer marketingAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAdditional Information

Exercises general supervision over marketing team. Assigns a variety of routine tasks, sets general expectations of results expected within company’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Supervision Received:

Works under limited supervision of Chief Brand officer and Chief Operating Officer. Receives guidance in terms of broad goals and overall objectives and is responsible for establishing strategical methods to attain them. Can formulate policies but does not necessarily have final authority for approval.
