If you’re nodding your head, we want to meet you!The Opportunity:As our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be at the helm of all things marketing for both TOVFurniture.com and ColemanFurniture.com. Your role will be pivotal in driving our growth, blending creative strategy with business acumen. We’re not looking for just any CMO; we’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box, someone who can challenge the status quo, and most importantly, someone who is as passionate about our brand as we are.What You’ll Do:Lead and Inspire: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives.Innovate: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that align with our brand ethos.Strategize: Develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and brand loyalty.Collaborate: Work closely with our teams in Miami and Brooklyn (or remotely) to ensure seamless communication and execution across all channels.What We’re Looking For:A proven track record in marketing leadership, preferably in the e-commerce or D2C space.Strong creative vision with the ability to turn ideas into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and time management skills.A collaborative spirit with a knack for leading and inspiring teams.Flexibility to be based in Miami, Brooklyn, or remotely if you’ve got the experience and skills to make it work.Some travel will be necessary for this position, such as coming to trade shows (twice annually) and meeting with different team members and vendors as needed.Why Join Us?This isn’t just another CMO role.
