Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

is responsible for developing and implementing census development activities and marketing messaging for all service levels to increase and maintain resident occupancy. Complying with PSL policies and procedures, this position assures standards are met for census development. Additionally, this role establishes brand identity and ensures consistent branding across the entire organization via media and communication efforts. This team member will serve as a supervisor of corporate sales, marketing, social media, communication, and community sales team members.Qualifications:Master’s degree in marketing or business administration requiredTen years of marketing and sales management experience required, preferably in LPC or healthcarePrior experience with lead management systemsProficient in training and presentation skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office: including Word, Excel, and email applications
