Our CRM lifecycle series and events are changing how our members interact with each other, and we have front-row seats to help craft that process. Our team has the most AB tests and projects being worked on at any time at Tinder, and we try to test often and test smart to grow our understanding of our members. The team knows how to work hard while ensuring we focus our energies smartly towards the highest priority tasks and campaigns. Our Growth team seeks a Group Product Manager of Growth Marketing & CRM. We’re searching for a lifecycle marketing rockstar who can take Tinder’s growing member base to the moon! You will report directly to the Director of User Growth while partnering with Tinder's product, marketing, and executive leadership teams. You’ll also have direct management responsibility for a team of Engagement Operations Managers and Product Managers. This role can be located in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles.In this role you will:

Lead lifecycle and engagement across all areas of Tinder.Develop creative initiatives to improve CRM efforts for the team and product.Learn about brand strategy and engagement operations and help make decisions for international growth.Partner with team members to deliver high-quality, engage localized content.Lead your team to execute tasks related to CRM user growth, revenue growth, and retention.Leverage a robust, homegrown CRM tool to impact engagement and communicate with millions of users worldwide.Lead PM initiatives related to ML CRM personalization workstreams.Build alignment with cross-functional partners: product, engineers, marketers, analysts, content writers, and designers.Inform strategic development of Tinder’s proprietary CRM platform with our Tools PMs.You need:

You have 7+ years of experience leading CRM and lifecycle initiatives.You have 2+ years of experience leading a team.You have experience with Machine learning techniques to drive impact through the personalization of CRM, marketing, or other growth levers.You're a natural communicator, empathetic to member needs and internal teammate needs.You have strong attention to detail and can implement initiatives across multiple functions.You have exceptional analytics skills and can navigate complex data sets to provide actionable insights related to CRM performance and user segmentation.You are a marketing visionary and can break down large-scale marketing tactics into impactful strategic milestones.You possess an excellent ability to make key strategic growth decisions.As a full-time employee, you’ll enjoy:
