The San Francisco Film School is looking for an experienced college Registrar to join our team. We are wanting to invest in a detail-oriented candidate with top-notch organizational skills, experience working in a school environment, customer service orientation, a sense of humor, and a passion for changing people’s lives. Candidate MUST be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to come to the office at least 3 days per week. Extensive experience working with learning management software in a post-secondary school is a plus. Our current staff is diverse and dynamic. We work best with self-motivated, good-natured, and creative people.

Work directly with the Director of Education in Registrar dutiesMaintain student records according to COE, Department of Education, and VA standardsManage and maintain the online student databaseLiaise with Admissions on new student enrollmentProvide excellent customer support to all studentsProvide Academics and Finance with regular reports on enrollmentAssist in annual reports and auditsOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related fieldExperience working in an educational environmentStrong organizational skillsComfortable navigating government rules and regulationsStrong writing and verbal skillsA positive attitude with excellent customer service skillsThe desire to work in a creative communityFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google SuiteCompensation: $72,000 - $79,000 yearly
